REACT – Remember. Empower. Act: Memory, Identity, and Education Against Antisemitism is a 24-month European project connecting intergenerational memory, Jewish identity, education, art and social activism.
The project records the stories of descendants of Holocaust survivors, develops new educational materials and empowers young Jewish activists to recognise and challenge antisemitism. Through artistic and cultural events, it brings both Jewish memory and contemporary Jewish life into public spaces.
The project brings together Centropa, Haver, Jewish communities and other partner organisations from several European countries, including the Jewish Cultural Centre Ljubljana and Mini teater. Its aim is to connect the stories of the past with the voices and actions of today’s generations, contributing to a more inclusive Europe.
